ACC Year 6 Program Evaluation
During the first three years of the ACC work (July 1, 2006 to June 30, 2009), evaluators from the Northwest Regional Educational Laboratory (NWREL) conducted the evaluation of ACC activities. During the fourth and fifth year of ACC operation, the evaluation work shifted as a subcontract from Education Northwest (formerly NWREL) to the staff of Portland-based Educational Support Services, an independent consulting company.
As in the previous years, the overall purposes of the evaluation during this sixth year were, first, to assess progress made by the ACC in meeting the goals and objectives identified in its 2010–2011 year management plan and, second, to assess the quality, usefulness, and relevance of the services ACC provided to EED.
